Been doing a lot of dim & hazy stuff at work lately and wanted to get away from that for a change. I sort of forced myself not to hide things in dark silhouettes, just to see how it work out. It was more difficult than I thought, but fun nonetheless.
This is an attempt to further flesh out his look. I think at this point it's pretty clear to me that he'd be a dark creature, and I want that aspect to show through, even in broad daylight.
Went through some old sketches and picked this one out to finish over the last weekend. An attempt to mix tension and romance in one shot. I hope you like it.

Hi folks,
Finished this a few days ago. I haven't had the chance to do a "grand" scene for quite some time now, so that sort of got me going on this piece. Even though it's daylight, I still wanted a touch of creepiness to this village surrounding an ancient ruin. Finally got some spare time lately and decided to dust off the old wacom. I wanted to create a piece that's "cold". Please let me know what you think. All comments are welcome.
